* Shipping Policy

1) Shipping Schedule : We currently ship free of charge worldwide on all orders by DHL Express. All orders usually take 1-3 working days to get packed and shipped out. Delivery times are usually 1 to 2 weeks after we have shipped your order out, but in rare cases it can take more time.

2) Custom duties : Please note that we are responsible for all custom duties/VAT in your country (If custom duties/VAT are assessed at a reasonable amount.) But we do not charge any unexpected local taxes.

3) Packaging : We always aim to provide you with the safety of the antiques during transportation. When shipping porcelain, we often use double boxes(if necessary triple boxes) which means larger dimensions of the box to strongly increase safety for the objects transported. Additionally, we use the maximum amount of padding materials available to ensure the utmost safety of the artwork.

 

* Packaging Process

* In addition to the basic packaging process above, we implement double boxing or triple boxing to ensure that the artwork is protected against impacts, even if it is thrown forcefully. In other words, you can assume there is no risk of damage.
