A matched pair of small circular covered boxes (蓋盒) in Swatow (漳州窯) ware, decorated in Famille Verte enamels of iron-red and copper-green on a white ground. One cover painted with a large peony spray within a double-line border; the other with a central lotus medallion amid an overall lattice ground with floral roundels. Both pieces made for the export market.
