The jar features a straight mouth, rounded shoulders, a tucked-in belly, and outward-turned feet, with a high rounded lid topped with a bead. Its shape, resembling a general's helmet, earned it the name "general jar." Popular from the Ming to Qing Dynasties, it was refined during the Kangxi period. Coated in white glaze, it has vibrant blue-and-white patterns. The form is balanced, decorations precise, and the glaze smooth, dating it to the mid-to-late Qing Dynasty.
